Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our product is a digital download delivered instantly after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been shared.
1. No Refunds on Delivered Digital Products
Once the PDF download link has been sent to your email, the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund in the following limited cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
- The download link never worked and we could not resolve it within 7 days.
- You have not accessed / downloaded the file (verified via our systems).
3. How to Request
Email support@example.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason. We respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Cancellation
As delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
